Question 1 If you could pick one thing to remove/change from any your books or book what would it be?

I would start it with Kane’s and Summer’s first night together, at the hotel.I would have loved to understand my paranormal world better when I was writing Kane’s Storm. It’s grown and developed in each book.

Question 2 What part of the book was the most fun to write?

Hope’s Gala, making the event come to life was so much fun in Kane’s Storm.

I love the part when I understand what’s caused the issues between the couples. Quite often I don’t until I’ve written it, this was especially true for UnShadowed Promises. I had no idea what was going with Monica for a long time.

Question 3 What is the significance of the title?

I make my titles a running theme through my book Kane’s Storm. Kane because of Kane. Storm is Summer’s last name and things emotions swirl through her in a storm. She also causes a storm whether she goes. Magical Delay, the relationship was delayed because of magic, it also plays into Unshadowed Promises. In that book Sid makes promises to Monica, to help her and they talk. Their lives have been overshadowed by things outside of their control Dark Secrets, Saxon transforms into the Dark Revenger and the secrets, Abi is keeping turn out to be darker than anyone expected.

Question 4 If you’re planning a series, can you share a tiny bit about your plans for it

The next book out is Dark Secrets. Saxon, he’s an English half-dragon shifter and half wizard, with some fae as well. He also has the Dark Revenger living within him, an ancient force that has been around since the dawn of time and is passed down his family line. He meets Abi and falls for her instantly, unfortunately, her life is not straight forward and she doesn’t tell Saxon until it’s nearly too late. The book introduces my second series. I’m currently writing the first book of that series, so everything is a work in progress but the series may well be called Vampire Guardians, Noble, and the first book The Tiger-Dragons Forbidden Mate. Noble Security is turned into vampires in Dark Secrets, and as well developing the ability to either shift for use magic, maybe even both.

Question 5 What’s your favorite spot to visit in your own country? And what makes it so special to you?

I love the new forest, it’s a huge national park close to my home. It’s full of ponies and pretty streams and open forest, you just don’t get anywhere else. In Kane’s Storm, it’s the setting for where Summer took her first photographs that were sold.

Question 6 What’s your favorite writing snack or drink?

Chocolate and black tea, which is really weak. My kids hate walking past the dining room where I work because they know they’ll end up making me tea, in my mug because despite having a million mugs, I have 1 I use.

Question 7 If your book were made into a movie, which actors would play your characters?

A younger Barry Van Dyke would be Kane. I had a crush on him a few years ago when I had a bad back and they were showing reruns of Diagnosis Murder on TV every morning. Katherine Heigl would make a great Summer.

The ages are wrong but Sid Shemar Moore, Monica Sofia Vergara Nia Michelle Rodriguez, Cole Mark Ruffalo, Saxon Henry Cavill, Nia Sarah Hyland

Question 8 What was your favorite song while writing this book? Do you have a playlist I can share?

I didn’t have one and no playlist. Although, Sting’s Englishman In New York, would go through my head every time Summer does or says something very English.

Question 9 Describe your writing space?

My dining table and since we moved house, a very boring white wall. There is an old fireplace behind me but not the good type of old. Think sixty’s green tile.

Question 10 What advice do you have for writers/authors?

Check the category your book will be in and make sure your book, blurb, and cover fit. Kane’s Storm has had three covers and a new title, previously it was called Guilt Storm which would be great for contemporary but not paranormal romance.

Question 11 If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs—such as food and water—were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?

If you had to be shipwrecked on a deserted island, but all your human needs—such as food and water—were taken care of, what two items would you want to have with you?

Question 12 If you could compare yourself with any animal, which would it be and why?

A house cat, food, a soft place to sleep and attention only when I want it, perfect.

I have greatly enjoyed this new to me Indie Authors Paranormal Romance series and look forward to more of her books. She would definitely love more reviews for these amazing books, Her books include Kane’s Storm, Magical Delay, and UnShadowed Promises, Dark Secrets ( Coming Soon) in the Rock Falls Series. I’m looking forward to what else she writes as she tends to embrace, paranormal, fantasy, and magical realism in her books.
