Question 1 – When did you start writing?
I’ve been writing since I was a little kid. Writing always felt like the best way for me to understand my emotions and express myself. I then grew from writing poetry, to songwriting, and eventually stories. It wasn’t until 2015 when I began to write insistently.
Question 2 – What comes first, the plot or characters?
For me it’s either or. There’s times where a plot comes first and I don’t know what characters are involved yet or how everything will truly come together, and there’s other times where I fall in love with characters and have no idea what the plot is yet.
Question 3 -How many books have you written? Which is your favourite?
I’ve written three books, Night Shade is my favorite.

Question 4 – Where do you get your inspiration?
Everywhere, even a commercial.
Question 5 – Can you share with us something about the book that isn’t in the blurb?
A lot of the characters have magical abilities.
Question 6 – Tell us about the process for coming up with the cover.
The inspiration for Daniella was initially from a Pinterest Image. I make full Pinterest boards for my characters, and I provided them to my cover designer for inspiration. There were a few things I really wanted within the cover, such as the moon, magic, the ability to tell right off the bat that one of the characters was a vampire, but some of the rest of the cover design process came from my designer just asking me questions. I went through a couple of stock collections and sent them things I loved such as poses, different models, etc. and they took everything and created my amazing cover.

Question 7– Are you working on anything at the present you would like to share with your readers about?
I am currently working on book two in Chronicles of The Otherworld.
Question 8– What book is currently on your bedside table?
I read everything digitally, but I am starting The Italian by T.L. Swan this week!
Question 9 – What do you like to do when you are not writing?
I read a LOT of romance. I also love to cook, sing, dance, garden, listen to music, or spend time chatting with loved ones.
Question 10 – Share something your readers wouldn’t know about you.
I’m very deeply into spirituality, mythology, and the paranormal (no it’s not just for books).
Question 11 Choose your favorite
Tea or Coffee
Movie or Book
Coke and Pepsi
Morning Person or Night Owl
Paperback, Ebook or Audio Book
