My Review

This book is explosive !! The perfect combination of steamy romance, gut-wrenching action, and unexpected twists in the plot. I couldn’t put this one down. The author does a fantastic job describing everything. It feels like you are there watching it all thru Elena’s eyes. I love the single perspective writing, but sometimes through the action areas, we had a view from another character. Elena is a strong heroine who pushes thru when tested. I love how the romance with Bash in the book was continued even thru the intense action chapters. This is a school most people can relate to with the mean girls and the entire college scene. The author included: parties, conversations with people you don’t get along with to help the reader relate and add more detail to the story. This story honestly moved too fast for me to get very emotionally connected to the characters.  The only thing I was feeling from this story was shocked. This book definitely has some twists and turns that I didn’t expect. I can’t wait to read more in this series. The end is a surprise, but this could be read as a stand-alone book.  

This book is for a mature audience due to intense action and romance .
