Andrew is a law enforcement officer. However, upon renting a place, there seems to be a mix-up. Of course, now the reception leaves him snowed in with Jane. He was looking forward to his time of solitude with his pup, Angus.

Jan is here because she is running. Away from her wedding, we don’t know why yet, just that she is a journalist. Her time at the cabin is cut short by an opportunity she can’t seem to pass up.
Three days left an imprint on both of them, but now they are just two passing ships with no info to get back into contact. But of course, they both live in the same small town.
So the meet-cute starts well, and the middle gets even more festive. The small town tree lighting is swoony. As the relationship develops, we even have some more special moments, and that family Christmas is hilarious, wild, and sounds like so much fun.
This story is very feel-good, leaving you smiling, and the holiday vibes are amazing. The story ends super sweet, and I love that this book has just kissing. It may be a short story, but it was filled with many happy holiday moments.
