My Review

Kolton, this book begins with regret. Our fierce Alpha is living the consequences of his decisions. Meanwhile, Nora is being tortured by the black stone coven. While the torture is sadistic, it isn’t overly described.
But Kolton rescuing Nora is magnificent.

Kolton seems to be a changed man, and the truth is revealed for both him and Nora. This book also gets steamy, and I love how he cares.

I’m not sure where this is going, but I don’t love that Arrow bursts the happy bubble they were in. Suddenly, this paranormal fiction is less Wolf shifters and more other things.

However, I genuinely love the sweet and protective Alpha to his Mrs. The steamy scenes are sizzling hot and oh-so-perfect, and the end of this book is a massive cliffhanger but so well done.

This book is about a tragic encompassing love between soulmates that battles internal and external elements to be stronger, kinder, and better than they both were before. Kolton and Nora’s story is epic, drama-filled, but amazing. I greedily read every word, hanging on to this as I went through the story and couldn’t wait for their nemesis to fall at their feet. However, the author left the end of the book on quite the cliffhanger, and now I can’t wait for more. The torture isn’t well described but might need a trigger warning for some. I love that this paranormal romance shifted to less wolf shifter and more other paranormal things. This story paired beautifully with the first book in this series.
