My Review

Courtney is a sophisticated businesswoman who works hard and doesn’t have any time for fun. She has the hots for her brother’s best friend, Kaede. After an oops, he announces they are engaged, much to her brother’s surprise. The fake engagement works out after they hash out the details. Courtney agrees to go along with it even though she secretly is in love or lust with Kaede. Everything is going great in their fake engagement until someone drops an unexpected bomb. Can they fix it, or will it be the end?

Since this book focuses primarily on Courtney and Kaede. I loved how it was in the dual point of view, jumping between their thoughts. This really helped me to better understand both characters’ personalities and quirks. They really were a match made in heaven, and the story is very written. I do love a happy ending, and this story didn’t disappoint. They had quite a few hurdles to get thru. Still, the author incorporated those very well in the stories and the character’s personalities.

This book is for a mature audience it does contain steamy scenes.
