My Review
Magic, mayhem, and mystery are all in a library. What’s not to love? A steamy dragon shifter, an intern, and a supernatural mystery to keep turning pages. The author heats this up with forced proximity, fated mates, and only one bed. This story is steamy and full of action and mystery. Paige is sassy, funny, and full of life but finds herself in trouble at work. Her life gets turned upside down and inside out, but answers and revelations do happen. I didn’t love the end of the story and won’t be reading further in the series.

The blurb of the hook hooked me instantly. What not to love the supernatural library, dragon shifters, and pumpkin spice.
Paige works one floor below her apartment in Boston. She is no stranger to this unique top-secret library, but she is just an intern and sometimes makes mistakes. The library contains paranormal and fantasy books that hold creatures in their tomes. I love her coffee addiction already.
Aries is trapped in royal purgatory. So he is a dragon prince in this fantasy land searching for his fated mate and waiting to take his rightful place in the kingdom and stave off war. But he hasn’t found his mate yet.
I don’t see this going as planned, but the plot hasn’t been revealed yet. Ah, the literary catastrophe I was waiting for. Of course, he has to be hot, positive, protective, and swoony. But he doesn’t exactly know where he is or why.
It gets steamy already, and this book has many amazing quotes. I like the new, adult language and the author’s current wording. Even though this is set in a supernatural Library, it doesn’t read like a boring story.
This would make an excellent movie. This story has a little mystery and suspense, as well as a lot of steamy and angsty scenes. Paige is a hormonal mess with the Dragon Prince in forced proximity and only one bed. A strange solution to their issue presents itself, and for the girl who has never left the library, I don’t know what she will choose.
While this is a great read for book lovers, I don’t love the ending. I thought it was standalone, but it is the start of a series. The autumn vibes in this book were mentioned once and then done. The magic, dragon shifter, and mystery were interesting and kept me reading it, but I just don’t see why I would read further in the series.
