The Dragon’s Tattoo
When the first boy you ever loved moves away without an explanation, it leaves a mark.
Now there’s a new doctor at the hospital where I work, and I can’t believe that it’s Anthony, because he’s different from how I remember.
He’s strong, confident, and sexy as hell with a tattoo I’ve never seen before. He says he got the tattoo after our first kiss, and it wasn’t his choice to leave town.
Apparently, it is forbidden for us to be together, but his tattoo signifies that we’re fated. Now that he’s back, the dark forces that have kept us apart will stop at nothing to destroy us…if his own secrets don’t do it first.
The Dragon’s Tattoo is a stand-alone book in the spicy dragon shifter paranormal romance Bluewater Dragon series!
The Dragon’s Fate
I don’t need a mate to complicate my life.
Just because I recognize that Brianna is my fated mate doesn’t mean I have to accept it.
If she rejects me, I’ll be free. Easy enough.
But every second we’re apart feels like my soul is being shredded. Literally.
When the bond goes away, I’ll never have another shot at a mate.
I thought I didn’t want one.
But Brianna is like no woman I’ve ever known.
She’s strong, loving, and an amazing single mom.
Far too good for the playboy dragon I’ve been all my life.
I need to stay away but she needs protection from her ex, and I can’t stand to see her and her daughter in danger.
The Dragon’s Choice
There’s more magic in this world than I ever thought possible.
Money means everything when you grow up with nothing. Posting risqué videos online may not be everyone’s ideal career, but it’s given me everything I need. I’m free. The hotshot lawyer Porter may not get it, but I don’t care. He can think anything he wants to… Until the jerk tries to steal my house.
Sort of.
I may not own the place yet, but I’m determined to make it mine. But Porter is more than just a smokin’ hot house-stealer, and as I get to know him, I like him more and more. And freaking more.
I have to resist. Feelings ruin everything.
But then I find out Porter’s secret and feelings are the least of my worries. He’s a dragon. And he thinks I’m his fated mate! I’m not sure how an online streaming star and a fire breathing lawyer can make it work. Especially when we uncover the impossible truth about me.
My Review
This book was three books in one for me, the first three in the BlueWater Dragon Series. I thoroughly enjoyed the swoony dragon shifter males, the strong females often human or interspecies. And, of course, the fated mates. Sammy, the clan witch has to be my favorite character. But overall, this paranormal romance series is sweet, filled with dragon shifters and the women who bring them to their knees, and full of small-town charm. I loved the dual pov in all the books. This was a great read. It begins with The Dragon’s Tattoo.
Anthony is a young adult dragon shifter living in his clan but amongst the humans. His best friend Skye is a human and the girl he has the biggest crush on. Ah, his first kiss brings about the next chain of events. He is a very emotional shifter who has his choice and fated mate taken away from all because she is human.
We get Skylar’s pov, but the time jumps eighteen years. So, she is in midlife now. Skylar is a nurse now. Her calm single life is about to get a wake-up call.
I secretly love that he has to work to win back his fated mate after the initial screw-up. Also, she is a wonderful FMC with sass and a heart. This book gets steamy as they finally become more than friends again and get their second chance.
This romance gets dramatic as outside influences try to break apart the fated mate connection. I’m glad when he finally marks her.
Ah, the last chapters are the start of a second book. Another story is intertwined along the same lines but with Bri and Jace. This one is called The Dragon’s Fate.
Jace is the local bar owner and dragon shifter friend of Alpha Anthony. Bri is Skylar’s bestie and a single mother with a complicated past.
I love Sammy, the clan witch; she is full of life. I find it strange that Jade is making decisions with this much weight by himself without even confronting his mate. He has some damaged MC vibes, and so does she. It’s like night and day when he finally comes around, and we get a full-on book boyfriend.
I love that the author incorporated a multiracial couple in the story.
This story is more complicated, with many internal and external barriers, but I do love Sammy and the sizzling scenes.
Now we get Porter’s pov. Ah, that little bar scene leads us into the next book in this series, The Dragon’s Choice. We begin this book with Kaylee. Kaylee is strong, independent, and sassy. Porter is stepbrother to Jace and a lawyer from a different clan.
Kaylee and Porter seem to have enemies to lovers going on as this gets, but Porter is so sweet and protective. It is hard to imagine his looks as they aren’t well described, but I secretly love that Kaylee is more than just a human.
The end of this story has a little more detail and danger, but it all resolves very happily. The end of the book does lead into the next fated mate’s story for the Blue Water Clan with Bianca and Wayne.
If you would like to read these books, you can find them on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, I earn on qualifying purchases. However, the three-book bundle for Bluewater Coast Dragons Series is constantly changing. The books that are in it now aren’t the same as when I read them, with different blurbs even, but since they all are interconnected standalone books, it works.
To read the exact books I reviewed you can find the links below however it looks like Book 2 and 3 in this series are not available at this time except via audio book and paperback.
If you like this series you may also enjoy books with these tags and categories: Dragon Shifter, Human Mate Story, and Inter- Species Mating.
