My Review

This is the last book in this series; they must read it in order. This book begins with Prince Norivun. This book is very political as they strive to take down the King and Norivun’s father.

Their return home goes differently than planned, with old foes rising against them and assisting the King. If the craziness of the Solis continent wasn’t enough, why not visit everywhere? They end up traveling all over the place. There are so many portals that I’m curious how they aren’t a jumbled mess or stick to their stomachs.

I love Ilara’s display of supernatural powers. They are so cool. This book gets steamy as these fated mates can’t keep their hands to themselves. The rebellion has begun, and these fighters are fighting for what’s right and moral in the Solis realm. Even though this story is very political, Ilara and Norivun’s supernatural talents are still awe-inspiring.

This book does contain a few new adult steamy scenes. Amidst the strife and grief, this book’s ending doesn’t disappoint; it is very happy and joyous. I love watching Ilara become a true heroine, Prince Norivun, shedding some of his morally grey behavior and being the man she deserves. This fae fantasy romance is genuinely inspiring and romantic and has an incredible story.
